Information on storage and tasting
The products are delivered fresh vacuum-packed (i.e. not frozen).
Served within 7 days, rations can be stored in the fridge and eaten as soon as they come out.
After 7 days following the delivery, the products can be kept for 3 months in the freezer. Before consumption, it is advisable to defrost the ration in the fridge.
Once opened, the food should be served within 48 hours.
